February 2018 ~ Love, Ski and don’t break anything

February might just be a new month of magic in our world. In years past it’s been OKAY, at best and really that’s just from the Valentines Sugar high, am I right?! Well, this year Mom decided to kick it up a notch. We still have Valentines Day but in our new “Bubble” school they don’t really endorse making waste with multiple valentines or copious amounts of sugar.

Mom's Valentine for Dad by Micah Player.

Our masterpiece creations for our secret Valentines at school - Owl & Evan

So what are two crafty sugar eaters supposed to do in February you ask??!!

Ski !

mom decided that we should hit the slopes and get some ski lessons under our belt so that we didn’t end up like Dad, who is afraid to ski in his old age. Mom basically sucks at skiing too but at least she’s not against the whole idea of us living our best ski bunny lives.

Jackson hole has a special place in Mom’s heart from spending time in the mountains with the Beevors, so that was a natural destination. The Beevors even loaded up their whole crew and went too. It’s was EPIC to say the least and it we weren’t half bad at it either _ obvi.

Sadly Mom basically failed at skiing in JAC but she was a trooper and just ate her weight at Persophone instead. {insert wink}

The Jacuzzi with Snowball fights was a new level of awesomeness too.

Loving my snuggles with Mo when he lets me squeeze onto the couch with him. Skiing wears him out - clearly!

The Views in Jacksonhole are pretty spectacular and we love watching the mountain at work. Snow wonderland is really beautiful and quiet sometimes.

Until next year sweet Winter Wonderland. Wish we could visit you more often.

Speaking of breaking oneself. Morty is getting in on the play date world and decided to take his besties to The House of Air. Bobbie & Guy plus Morty are like playing with a barrel of monkies, it was awesome until .... the dreaded broken ankle incident of February 2018. As you can tell life went on but oh! we all felt so bad.

See you next year February !
