2018 - Mothers Miracle Month

I’m sure you’ve heard it.... Mother’s Against May, The Million Days of May, mayhem May.... its all true - I’ve seen our mother lose it more than a few times during the month of May and to be honest by the end of May, she’s not looking so hot. May starts off pretty great for our Mom though - so she’s got that going for her. it’s her birthday AND it’s Mother’s Day right after.

So in honor of Mom this post is about all the ways she can look back and see how even rated she was. 

1) we played lacrosse so she can watch and be proud (I even played goalie and kept my teeth)

2) Magtoddy came by on their way north to celebrate for her bday

3) I gave her a break and went to Gold Country for a night with my classmates

4) I went to the beach with the Forney’s and didn’t fight with morty that whole time

5) I let her take morty to a lacrosse game at 7:30am all y herself while I stayed in bed at home

6) I celebrated her and all her mom friends on Mother’s Day while Dad was out of town

7) We dressed up like Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo and presented our art at school so she could get a good laugh and see we are getting a well rounded education

8) we ate foot shaped donuts so that she didn’t have to eat them and hurt her stomach

Gives a whole new meaning to Putting your foot in your mouth - ha!

9) Morty serenaded her after bringing home his homemade box guitar from school

10) The best for last was going to St. Louis to visit the Frisellas and fam and... it was a pretty Epic visit in the first 24 hours aaannnnnnddddd  I didn’t even get the puking virus until AFTER she went to bed and I was staying the night at the Frisellas.

Dr Frisella is the coolest doc on the planet. Who else would bring home casting supplies & SAW so we could
get our very own casts at home!!

THEN the puking began and bad Mom had  her phone on silent?! Poor Mrs. F was an incredible trooper regardless of her puke phobia. Mom felt soooooooo bad!

Memorial Day Running Tradition time!!

Two days later was the U City Memorial Day Run. Guess who ran the race with Mom & Mrs. F?! TAHNO!!

Lucky for me the puke bug had moved on which meant I could hang with my favorites!!
