The Way Back Machine #4: Binky Fairy is a thief!

Did you know that Morty used to be Binky OBSESSED. Its was actually really cute. He used to try and talk with the binkies in his mouth and get so mad if you couldn't understand him. Granted, this was back when he was tiny so you could laugh at him and  he wouldn't turn into a MONSTER! Those days are long gone my friend. 

Another cute Morty memory is when mom or dad would get him up in the morning or after a nap. He knew that the binkies had to live only in the bed so he would get ready to get out of bed by putting on alllllll the binkies in his bed (probably 12) on all of his fingers like they were rings - we used to call him "Binkerace" (like Liberace) The next step was for him to throw the binks all over the bed and when he was just about to get out of bed, he would say "wait!... just one more suck!" grab a Binky, suck really hard and throw onto to the bed.

When Morty was about 3 Mom & Dad told him that he was getting so big and the Binky Fairy was coming to collect HIS binkies so that the newborn babies could have binkies of their own. As you can imagine this was a really rough time in our house and pretty much changed Morty for life. I often think back to how much sweeter Morty was before the Binky Thief arrived.
