November Nonsense (part 1, 2017)

There are very few activities that Mom or Dad will pull us out of school for and somehow a Pop up Art Building made the cut. Not just any old building full of art but Art you can interact with. As you may know, Mom and Dad went to this "Pop up" before us and thought it was a total bust that took them 20 minutes to walk through. I think (know) what their problem was is that they dont know how to have fun anymore. I mean, just look at the happiness the paint job on the outside of the building makes everyone feel?!!

The name of this glorious, traveling "Exhibit" is called The Color Factory. You should see if it is coming to a city near you.

Our first few steps inside the building were already making us feel like we were in a lucky charms commercial.

See! Everyone is welcome and happy we are here.

The scratch & sniff smell room was kind of neat but not my favorite at all.  As you can see Pumpkin pie, while not the worst holiday dessert, is pretty gross if left to rot. yuck!

next up, the black & white room. In here they were handing out charcoal lemonade .... which actually just tastes like regular lemonade but apparently is cleaning my colon at the same time. #winning!!

A GIANY Light Bright room was ways cool. Mom said that it was a throw back to a light up art board that she had when she was little. So cool!!

Who doesn't love writing on the walls with a pen the size of a small horse

You see my old parents dont realize all the fun things you can do in a place with confetti, so we showed them & !!

On the way out in the very last room was a ball pit. Sure, you can get all sorts of sicknesses in a ball pit but the yellow ice cream you get on your way out is sure to cure all that ails you!!

woo hoo!! Too bad this is only a pop up or I would be here ALLL the time. When the next pop up event
- I love  popping up!!

Ok - so in all fairness, Mom did put forth some effort to have a good time but where's the fun in being complimentary of someone? Its way for fun to gripe - dont you think?

One of my VERY favorite things about living a NorCal life is that Katie Bug is part of my world on the regular.
As you know, we have been friends since before birth and we are like peas in a pod. No holds bared kind of relationship that is really my favorite kind.

we are weirdos and I love it!

Im always smiling era to ear when I hang out with - except when she takes her shoes off in the fort we build and then we are al gaging & laughing at the same time.  So heres my shout out to KAH -  we love you!!

~ California LOOOOOVVEE ~

Who doesn't love a field trip? Most field trips signify a break from the norm, no class work and being able to chat with your friends while pretending to take in all the culture of whatever said reason is for leaving the school. In November we took a trip to the state capital (Sacramento!!) to visit the California museum and eat lunch on the steps of the Capital building .... why we didnt actually go into the building - one will never know.

Margie, Mariette, & Ashley are such a fun crew - we couldn't stop laughing at all the funny toys they had from way back when, even all the way back to the 1980's!!
lily kate is almost as tall as a baby pachyderm with hair!

So sad but so good to be acknowledged

WE miss you NO NO!

The girls at this school have been so welcoming!!

All in all we had a fab fun time - even if non of us can really remember why we went all the way up.
