This crazy weather has moved to a whole other level and my delicate sensibilities cannot take such drastic temperatures. Usually mom and dad ignore my cries of being too hot and tired but with this heat index on the raise I think I have their attention. I get all the ice cold beverages I can drink and dessert trips to the ice cream shop seem a whole lot easier to get approved. Cheers to hot nights and bellies full of cold, sugary goodness!
