Happiness treat

Let's get this straight! I don't believe in this thing called a "sugar rush"- it's completely made up to encourage parents to feel THE Guilt while giving their children sweet foods. The phrase almost sounds drug like, right?

I like to call it...
A "happiness treat"! Now who could say no to that?!!!
