Halloween is almost here and how do we celebrate in The Lou? We get to wear tattoos!! Well, we get to wear then until they start fading and then mom (kill-joy that she is!) says they must come off.

Dad even gave morty what he calls a "Tramp Stamp". Not sure what that means but my parents were in hysterics!
